Job Summary

Role Description:

Your role is really about motivating the Content reviewers to achieve high performance, overseeing the design and delivery of all training programs, monitoring calls for quality assurance. Your work contributes to the strategic plan so you'll be asked to provide short-term planning and scheduling. The role includes;

Prepare individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation senior representatives. 

Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources. 

Formulate a consistent benchmark of high achieving professionals by creating a quarterly/annually training curriculum aligned to the customer’s needs and expectations.

Preparing and grooming our high achievers for the next level in their career by creating an executable framework.

Identifying patterns of development across all teams and customers.

Provide in-depth one on one coaching, training and follow-up to optimize results.

Understand a customer’s business needs and translate those business needs into people skills and execution strategies

Process understanding leadership and proactive analysis capability to ensure the consistent growth of the program

Help improve deficiencies and build on the strengths of individual performers

Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions. 

Ensure the service provided meets or exceeds expectations in the SLA


Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.

Have good interpersonal and team-working skills, allowing them to engage positively with all members of their team and provide leadership and support, where required.

Goal oriented and innovative 

Be professional and cooperative, to ensure an effective working partnership with Stakeholders, subject specialists and staff.

Have excellent organizational and administrative skills (including attention to detail).

Have good presenting/training skills (for sharing standards with colleagues and team-members).
