Job Summary

Responsibility:

  • Identify and qualify upsell opportunities within client existing customers and work with the account Management team to close these opportunities.
  • Work with customers to drive usage of Gsuite across their organaisation
  • Contact existing customers to drive renewals for G suite in the scaled segment across online sales, iniside sales, and partner channels.
  • Log details while on the phone and update information in our system.
  • He or She will be expected to manage a large volume of daily outband of daily outband interactions withn existing customers via phone and email -educating, qualifying, and collaborating with our Google Account Mangement team to close these opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Degreel is required
  • Min. 2-3 year of experience in Sales/Customer Service
  • Min. 1 year of experience in Account Management
  • Min. 1 year of experience in IT Industry
  • Experience in CRM tool is optional
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in local language and English
  • Strong communicator, strong organizing abilities and process-oriented work style
  • Specialist Expertise (preferred) - Interest in Technology and willing to learn more about HP Systems technologies; Proficiency in storage environments
  • Working with Others - Demonstrates experience of working in a team based environment supporting the team in achieving the highest quality standards and takes an active role in generating team morale
  • Planning & Organising - Ability to multitask, plan and prioritise workload
  • Experience of dealing with clients. Ability to deal with virtual teams
  • Resilience - Demonstrates resilience and ability to work on own initiative
  • Problem Solving - Demonstrates problem solving and troubleshooting skills
