Job Summary

Requirements:

 

• Graduate of any four year course, with or without experience in an international BPO/Call Center setting (College graduates are also welcome to apply)

• For High School graduates or College undergraduates - at least 1 year BPO experience

• Above Average English Communication Skills

• Amenable to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig

• Amenable working on shifts, holidays, weekends & extended work hours

• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Provide ‘worldclass’ service excellence to our banking clients by offering consistent excellent telephone banking experience

• Attend to both inbound & outbound telephone calls in accordance with the standard operating procedures

• Processing of Online banking transactions which include financial entries & data maintenance

• Identify sales opportunities to further enhance client relationships
