What will you do?

  • End to End Customer Management - from determining customer requirement, providing answers to their queries, and solutions to customer challenges through any of this channels - voice, email, chat
  • You will help resolve problems by researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions.
  • You will escalate unresolved problems and forward requests to the appropriate internal stakeholders

Must have qualifications (Candidate who do not meet this criteria will NOT be considered for the role)

  • PUC or Diploma or Graduates or Post Graduates in any stream
  • Ability to read, write and speak English to suit business needs
  • Proficiency in any regional languages (Bengali, Hindi, Kannada)
  • Minimum 15 WPM typing speed with 85% accuracy and basic System navigation skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office and related tools
