Job Summary

As a Customer Sales Specialist, you will deliver support to the customers and clients of one of the biggest travel and tour website brands.

You will also be responsible for:
• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Resolving customer inquiries/requests
• Developing and maintaining accurate files
• Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
• Utilize various Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
• Provide cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

Basic Qualifications:
• At least high school graduate
• Experience of at least 1 year in the BPO industry with 6 months sales experience are preferred
• Excellent English communication skills
• Working knowledge on computers
• Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in shifting schedule
