- At least 12 months BPO experience (international) handling ANY of the following:
- Telco - (up to 28K)
- Live Chat - (Up to 22K)
- Collections- (Up to 22K)
- Outbound Collections - (Up to 22K)
- Sales - (Up to 22K)
- At least a high school graduate.
- With strong communication skills (, confident, spontaneous, relational)
- Strong comprehension and learning agility
- Able to work in a paperless environment with stringent compliance to information security measures
- Must be able to provide NBI clearance before start date
